Feds proposing 54.5 mpg for cars by 2025

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - New fuel efficiency standards proposed by the Obama adminstration will help reduce pollution and will save Rhode Islanders some money on gas. Last week, the administration proposed tougher new fuel economy standards: cars and trucks would have to get 54.5 miles per gallon by 2025. Read more...
